- TCEC understands the hardship many of our members may face amid the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Please pay toward your electric bill to avoid a large bill later. While TCEC has temporarily suspended disconnections for non-payment and waived late fees, this does not cancel your bill. It delays payment. As we transition back to normal in the coming months and this grace period ends, TCEC will work with members who are behind on their electric bills as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak to offer payment arrangements. We are in this together.
