Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) is taking bids for lunch catering services for the next eleven scheduled monthly Board Meetings, all scheduled on Fridays in 2024:

Information regarding the monthly meetings:

• Most meetings are scheduled on the 4^th Friday of the month, except for May, November, and December, which will take place on the 3^rd Friday of the month.
• The Board may need to change meeting dates, but that decision would be made the month prior.
• The caterer will be notified if any of the dates referenced above change.
• The meeting/meal will be held at the TCEC office at 995 Mile 46 Road, Hooker, OK.
• The meals need to be ready to serve by 11:45 AM.
• The number to be served will vary monthly but plan on 30 people per month.
• The caterer will be notified of the number to be fed the week before the event.

Attached is a bid form that needs to be completed and returned to TCEC by Friday, December 22.
