Youth trip applications open from Nov. 1, 2023 - Jan. 10, 2024

Don’t let the fall weather fool you; TCEC is geared up and already making plans for summer 2024! In fact, you should be, too! YOUTH TRIP APPLICATIONS WILL BE OPEN FROM NOV. 1, 2023 - JAN. 10, 2024. If you know a student in the TCEC service territory who meets the age requirements listed below, encourage them to apply for a trip. These trips are guaranteed to make memories to last a lifetime.

Leadership Summit
MARCH 18, 2024

This energetic and motivating daylong leadership program is held in Oklahoma City during the Oklahoma Youth Expo. In addition to an excellent program, students will receive a $500 scholarship. Two high school seniors will be selected.

Energy Camp
MAY 28-31, 2024

Campers will experience four fun-filled days at Hinton, Oklahoma, learning electrical safety, riding in bucket trucks, climbing electrical poles, and participating in team-building activities. Four eighth-grade students will be selected.

Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp
JULY 12-18, 2024

CYLC brings together youth from Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and Wyoming to learn how electric co-ops operate while building leadership skills near beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Two high school juniors will be selected.

Electric Cooperative Youth Tour
JUNE 14-20, 2024

From museums and memorials to the U.S. Capitol, there’s a little bit of something for everyone in Washington, D.C. Three high school juniors will be selected. To see more information and to apply for one of these trips, visit www.tcec.coop/youth.
